Summary

• Pay at $26/hour
• Onsite (no remote opportunity) 5 days per week in Moorpark CA
• Contract-to-hire opportunity with a 3-6 month timeline

As a Mortgage Closer, you will play a key role in ensuring loans close accurately and on time.

• Prepare and review closing documents, including balancing Initial and Final Closing Disclosures
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across all closing activities
• Partner with internal teams, lenders, title/escrow, and external stakeholders
• Provide consistent, high-level customer service through calls, email, and communication touchpoints
• Manage daily pipelines, execute tasks efficiently, and escalate issues when necessary

What You Bring

• Mortgage industry experience required
• Closing experience strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of investor guidelines and regulatory standards
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
